My Journey
I’m Coach Britt, owner and head trainer of B4 Fitness where we focus on breaking barriers to become better both physically and mentally. My personal training journey started with a genuine passion to see others, women most specifically, be the best version of themselves. By working out and being more intentional with my lifestyle choices I was able to transform my body and my mindset. How I felt after making the decision to make better lifestyle choices empowered me to pursue personal training as my profession. I have always thrived from helping others and personal training gives me the opportunity to do that every day.
I am ACE Certified, and specialize in strength training, postpartum recovery, and weight management whether your goal is to build muscle or burn body fat. In addition to my credentials and knowledge of the different aspects of fitness what sets me apart from other trainers is my ability to hold my clients accountable without judgement, my passion to create a sense of community, and making workouts fun for my clients. Through my training programs I have been able to help clients achieve significant goals, some that came with their own unique challenges due to health and physical limitations. Through my experience I have been able to help my clients reach their goals through one simple approach: Dream it, Build it, Grow it.
